By removing roadblocks throughout the customer journey, you can unlock more conversions.

DOUBLE Your Sales in HALF the Time (Seriously!)

Step 1: Analyze User Exposure

Identify all touchpoints where potential customers encounter your brand. For instance, a fitness app user might discover the app through social media ads, influencer recommendations, or app store searches. Analyze how users interact on each platform. If many users abandon the app after downloading, you should improve the onboarding process.

Step 2: Assess Conversion Likelihood

Determine high-intent actions, such as adding items to a cart or scheduling a demo. Also, identify drop-off points. For example, if many users abandon their cart, consider offering incentives like free shipping or discounts.

Step 3: Determine First Entry Point Impact

Analyze which channels drive the most conversions. If email marketing leads to higher conversion rates than social media, allocate more resources to email campaigns.

Step 4: Evaluate First Entry Point on Last-Touch Conversion Rates

Correlate early interactions with final purchases. For instance, if customers who engage with a product tutorial video are more likely to buy, create more tutorial content.

Step 5: Measure Early-Journey Marketing Contributions

Understand the impact of awareness campaigns. While brand awareness might not directly lead to immediate sales, it can influence future purchases. For example, a customer exposed to a series of informative blog posts might be more likely to choose your brand when purchasing later.

Step 6: Evaluate the Impact of Early-Journey Content

Analyze how content influences customer behavior. If a blog post about “Best Practices for Remote Work” leads to increased sign-ups for your productivity tool, create more content on similar topics.

You can enhance your conversion rates by diligently following these steps and making data-driven optimizations.
