Rotary Foundation is a ubiquitous name. The Indian arm of the universally recognized Rotary family has been synonymous with community and youth empowerment- and their efforts have been transforming lives across the nation.

Rotary India knew they were due a facelift- but needed help figuring out where to start. While the Rotary International website felt like a worthy representative of the authoritative and world-renowned organization that it is- the India chapter needed to catch up.
The website looked dated, had a lot of info dumps, and was unintuitive, which made for a sub-par visitor experience. The client wanted us to revamp their website completely- and showcase details of all the wonderful work they were doing.

The first task at hand was analyzing the website in detail. Our technical team and UX/UI specialists looked at each and every page. We identified all the areas that needed improvement- including aesthetic elements, functionalities, navigability, and user experience. Now, it was time to start fixing the issues one by one.

When the client came to us, the layout was inconsistent, with wildly different fonts, colors, and imagery. Our team designed the new layout to make it feel more cohesive and streamline the flow of communication.
Revamping Messaging
For a prestigious organization like Rotary India, the messaging had to be truly evocative. We audited the site’s web communication thoroughly. Our writers rewrote the content completely to present the brand correctly and enhance the user journey.

Rotary India’s website was completely revamped- and was ready to wow the world. The new website perfectly embodied the brand’s spirit, reflecting its prestigious legacy. Visitors, donors, and potential volunteers could easily find the information they were looking for, and as a result, the site started seeing more interactions with visitors.
