About the Client

Sriram Transport Finance is a part of the Sriram Finance group- one of India’s leading non-banking financial companies (NBFCs). Known for providing vehicle financing across the country for over 40 years, the company is a respected institution- trusted by MILLIONS of customers. No wonder it’s also a top employer in its niche, attracting a steady flow of top talent. We were beyond excited when they approached us to revamp their office space.

The Challenge

As the company evolved, it needed to reflect that it was a modern employer. With changing workforce needs, the brand realized that its corporate office spaces did not adequately reflect its forward-looking aspirations.
